Yep, I don't think we should underestimate what falls under "fair use", e.g.
* If I look on a copyrighted map for places I have not yet visited
(1), then visit them and share my findings with others (2). That's
normal behaviour for a curious human, even if (1) implies overlaying
GPS tracks on the copyrighted map and (2) implies OSM.
* If I am researching Easter eggs as an amateur cartographer.
