Too sparse - it might be passable for basic routing purposes but,  
unless the road is straight, looks lousy on a map.

If your GPS has faithfully recorded the shape of a curve, it's a shame  
to lose this information when you put it on the map. If clicking a lot  
of points is too much hassle (which I can entirely understand!), there  
are tools available to simplify your raw track - Potlatch's "convert  
track" mode, and gpsbabel filters for JOSM users.
