I don't think collection times will change (at least, I've never seen
it). After all, they can stick 6pm on them all and all it means is it
will be collected sometime after that. The post company will be
completely free to choose their schedule. Some post boxes get cleared
during the day also, but that's not announced anywhere.

The exception might be rural areas where maybe they're not cleared
every day? Anyone know about that?
