[OSM-talk] [RFC] mountain_pass = yes - substantially changed

Hi!

Since the last RFC about mountain passes, Mike Collinson made the perfectly valid point that a mountain pass 
isn't really different from how we currently tag bridges, tunnels and alike.

I've redesigned the page accordingly, see 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Proposed_features/Pass

As I don't think we're in a hurry about it, I've just updated that page and set a new RFC date ...
