this is not logical.
when the road is the end of the forest, the boundary is besides the road, not 
on it. otherwise you could possilbly crash to a tree standing on the road ;-)

futhermore this data cannot be used in a good way:
routers have problems with such constructions, and map renderers will also 
draw a road overlapping the forest, if the road is drawn somewhat broader.
