Alternatively if you don't have a middle button you can always draw a
selection rectangle round the park to select all the relevant ways, then do
a search for "-landuse:park", and ensure you have the remove from selection
radio button clicked, which should leave just the park selected.
But much easier to go out and buy a three button mouse :).
