A little status here:

I found a better census source (cityname+county instead of just city), 
so I have much better correlation now.

I want to do a couple more things to improve the import before doing it, 
but I'll probably import the San Francisco Bay Area as a test in the 
next couple days.  If that goes well, I'll put in California.  And then 
the rest of it.
