I think that the policy suggested for Cyprus should apply here. What do
the people who live there think it is, even if others outside have a
claim to it and declare the local people's view to be illegal. Therefore
I propose that it goes on the map as a country or principality or
whatever it claims to be, and notes could be added to say that this is
in dispute.
