Yes, please!

My hometown Baden-Baden in Germany (population 55,000) isn't displayed  
on the mapnik layer up to zoom level 11, but the adjacent town  
Sinzheim is, although there are only about 12,000 residents.

Both places are tagged as towns, since Map Features states to use  
"place=town" between 10,000 and 100,000 people.

Additionally, Sinzheim is (just) a municipality of the "Landkreis"  
Rastatt, whereas Baden-Baden is a so-called "kreisfreie Stadt" and on  
the same administrative level as Rastatt.
