[OSM-talk] Coastline error script

I corrected half of the Falkland Islands this night. I saw another 
strange behavior with the coastline viewer.

It's about lakes on island (or islands on lakes). The wiki says that the 
checker should mark them in red. In reality, some of those lake are red, 
but not all of them. I could not find any difference between the red and 
the non-red lake.

(I correct most of these errors (3 or 4 nodes ways near the coastline) 
by deleting the "lake". Looking at landsat, it's often just an error in 
PGS data)
