Osmxapi (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Osmxapi) has been updated
to use the new hourly diffs produced by osmosis.

This means that osmxapi will normally be current to within about 2 hours of
the main database api.

I've also implemented support for the conventional map?bbox= style of call,
so existing tools that get data from the API would be able to use osmxapi as
an alternative source (obviously not for editing, but the data is current
enough for virtually any other use).

Perhaps some T at H clients could be set to service the low priority render
queues using osmxapi as their data source.
