I think this is a very useful tag, but I don't see why the "surface" key 
is not used instead of "trackgrade". I.e., use surface=gradeX for more 
detailed information than just surface=unpaved.

Alternatively, I would like to see more values possible for surface such 
as surface=sand, surface=gravel, surface=cobblestones etc.
