In such cases, the bridge name should be name, the street name is many 
times in Norway unknown on large briges and tunnels.

The street_name is a unknown name by most people,and not signed.

In order not to confuse map editors (the people), and make them believe 
that bridge_name (and street_name ) is a official tag, if the tag 
note:bridge_name would be a smarter tag....
