[OSM-talk] long term maintenance

And of course we would need a way to say "this area may have been  
mapped five years ago but I have checked it and it is still valid". -  
I could imagine that in the long run we might have an easy interface  
for anybody where they can somehow hit a button on the map saying "I  
know this area and everyting I see here seems right" or so.
