The new validator version's got a few new tests for these things.  In order to
activate them you have to go to the validator plugin's pref panel and hit OK.
(Although the untagged way test shouldn't be affected by this.)

And be sure to have the latest validator plugin version (you can get it at
http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/josm/plugins/validator/validator.jar).
Earlier ones didn't even recognize the new tests.

I know it's a bit cumbersome, but I'll look into the validator plugin's
preferences handling tomorrow morning/noon again, after I've got a little
sleep.
