Do you plan to offer a way to offer such pages in other languages?

In my opinion, you have to offer a page/system were localized
communities can translate the descriptions and, eventually, use
specific photos. But, this system must offer a special feature: if a
"standard" tag is not translated, it must be included in the resulting
page, with english description (and eventually a note to show the need
of translation). By this way, localized page wil keep uptodate, but
eventually untranslated.
