[OSM-talk] Web Service for converting old 0.4 OSM files to 0.5

Hi,

    Hermann Schwaerzler is providing a web-enabled version of the  
04to05 conversion script, here:

http://www.freirad.at/osm.html

You can upload a 0.4 style file and get a 0.5 style file back. This  
is mainly intended for those who cannot (or do not want to) install  
Perl on their machines to run the original script.
