[OSM-talk] Square, plaza, landuse=pedestrian etc

Hi,

Discussing with someone about the OSM map rendering (both Mapnik and
t at h), he pointed me that the squares are currently not distinguishable
from the buildings while they are something structuring the cities.
Could we find a tag to represent them ?
We already have it on the wiki but nobody agree with the tagging :

Perhaps landuse=pedestrian would be good ?
