[OSM-talk] osmxapi

osmxapi has now been migrated to the 0.5 api.

The url has changed to http://www.informationfreeway.org/api/0.5 as you
would expect.

Relations are not yet implemented, so all you will get are nodes and ways
for the moment.

The other good news is that it now gets updated from the daily diff files,
so the results should be as current as the latest diff file.

Let me know about any problems.
