In fact, this should be the case regardless.  There are motorway 
sections that switch direction depending on time of day and/or traffic 
conditions (including roadwork on the main road).

The left-hand way is always southbound, the right always north.  But the 
center roadway leads south in the morning and north in the afternoon.
