The average takes into account any stoppage that has occurred.  I'm
assuming that we'll have the same kinds of delays again.  When you're on
a trip driving 100km/hr down a motorway, going to a destination 1000km
away, will you get there in 10 hours?  Or, more than 10 hours?

I'll send out my script if anyone wants to fix it for me.  I'll get to
it eventually, but I don't really care enough to bother at this
point. :)
