Not really, the emphasis is on something different. Your script is
geared more towards the mapping party and the end result, with the
screen showing progressively more area covered. Mine was initially
written for a RL game where people had to run around and solve
puzzles, so it was more important where they were at a certain time;
the tracks then faded away after a delay.
