[OSM-talk] POIs from OSM data

Hi,

late, but anyway, here's the update:

The archive contains POIs in 99 categorized folders in gpx and gpi 
formats. Additionally there's one huge gpi file containing all POIs. 
The single gpi files do not contain proximity alarms as gpsbabel does 
not support this feature.

Is there any interest in such files or can I save the time playing with 
this kind of stuff?
