[OSM-talk] Where to make suggestions/request for JOSM changes?

I don't see any place in the wiki for making suggestions for 
improvements to JOSM.  I am in the Western hemisphere and it is a bit 
confusing when entering bounding box coordinates for downloading 
data.  The labels are Min and Max for Lat and Lon.  When dealing with 
negative numbers it gets to be a bit confusing when making 
adjustments.  I could be a lot clearer and less North East biased if 
the bounding box labels were North, East, South and West.

Does that make sense?
