[OSM-talk] Potlatch POI editing

Hello all,

Potlatch now lets you create and edit Points of Interest (POIs) - in  
other words, a node that isn't part of a way or segment. This might  
be the centre of a village, a pub, a peak, or whatever.

If you already use Potlatch, you should find they work pretty much as  
you expect them to:

- double-click to create a POI
- drag to move
- DEL to delete
- ESC to revert changes

As yet all POIs are displayed the same, but I hope to replace them by  
proper icons at a later date.

Internally, the click handling has also changed substantially, which  
should stop the annoying bug when you click on a way and it  
immediately deselects itself.
