Yeas, I read and understood it.

I get this error even with the "old" josm (314) and the old plugin.

I had the mappaint plugin friom sunday running without problems until i 
updated the plugin and josm  yesterday evening...

My system is Opensuse 10.2, java is 1.5.0_update12-3.1


OK, forget what I wrote above... I updated again (josm and mappaint) while 
writing this mail and now it works now, although I only did what I did when I 
originally updated(and tried that again several times).

Sorry, I dont know what was wrong, but it is working now.
