Is it possible that journalists are visiting the openstreetmap.org main page
and not noticing the license?
I mean, the CC logo is well hidden (I had to look in FAQ for its license
terms, first time I saw the page), and we can't rely on everyone knowing the
difference between free and Free.
Should it be more clear on the main page that the maps are freely copiable and
redistributable?
e.g. in the example given, somebody is interested enough to research the
project and write about it to a newspaper, but they still don't seem to have
noticed the rather novel (to most people) license.
