[OSM-talk] city accuracy

My GPS (Garmin Legend CX) doesn't return DOP data, sadly. It does
display it, but doesn't record it. I presume all the Garmin x series
behave this way.
Otherwise it's a good idea.

The original OSM applet had 10m circles around each point. Varying  
radius circles make more sense than colour?
