The jpeg compression doesn't work too good - is there some reason it can't
be png as the should be less / no loss of quality ibn the image.  What are
you using - gd / ImageMagick?

Otherwise, brilliant.  I think both gd_lib and imageMagick are able to stamp
on a copyright notice pretty easily, especially if you make it as a little
png and then add it to the final image in, say, the bottom left hand corner.

If I could see the code I'd happily add a png option and a copright
notice...
