[OSM-talk] How to request mapnik tiles to be rendered

I've added a feature to allow individual Mapnik tiles to be rendered on
demand. To do this, first locate the URL of the tile (e.g. right click
and select copy link location in Firefox). Then paste this into your
browser with "/dirty" appended e.g.

http://tile.openstreetmap.org/10/159/355.png/dirty

This might come in handy if you want to force a couple of tiles to get
re-rendered before the normal 3 day expiry interval. This method allows
any tile to be rendered but only effects this 1 tile (unlike the
recursive z12 requests on Osmarender layer).

This is still subject to the usual caveats about the map data only being
updated once a week following the Wednesday planet dump. Also it'll
still take a minute or so to get rendered or longer if there is a large
backlog. You may also need to force your browser to reload the tile
after rendering.
