[OSM-talk] Bikely OSM?

Hi,

I'm working on an unofficial bike map to complement the official Halifax 
bike map (http://www.halifax.ca/bikeweek/HRMBikeMap.html). Since it's 
unofficial, using the ncn/rcn/lcn/etc tags is probably not appropriate. Is 
there any software in SVN to do something like Bikely 
(http://www.bikely.com/)? Ideally I'd like to have a semi-transparent 
layer over the tiles that people can print off, so rather than having to 
fiddle with the 3 foot by 3 foot bike map, or fiddle about with a huge 
PDF, only the section that people are interested in (downtown core, or 
their local suburbia) would be displayed to be printed off.
