Well, it goes around some bollards, up the sidewalk, and through a private 
car park, so I'm really not convinced it should be listed as a "designated 
cycleway". It does cut an awful lot of journey time off if one is on a 
bike, hence my looking for a way to mark "unofficial" cycleways that can 
display on (or on top of) OSM tiles, but without putting data that could 
be construed as wrong in there.
