Why is that a problem? It just means you have more data to average
together, and therefore you can position roads with a higher degree of
confidence.

In practice, we don't have the algorithms in place to do a good job of
automatically averaging multiple GPS tracks together, optimising
segments etc., but it's perfectly practical to do it manually.
