My concern is that that list is only the tip of the iceburg... towards
the bottom of the list it seems to be a fairly constant 300 segs per
tile. I can see that figure applying over the whole of the UK and much
of Europe at least.
Also some areas are easy, and others harder. I had an area of unwayed
segments that somebody had since mapped in potlach completely
oblivious to any existing segments...
