Peter, Andy, and all

I waited until Etienne answered, as I knew he would, so you now have
a copy of the accounts.

On the more general aspects of transparency, your observations are
well noted. I've volunteered to handle membership secretary roles of
the foundation and have been elected to the board. Real Soon Now and
vapourware stuff but I'm putting the following in place:

- 2 weeks - handle enquiries from individual paid-up :-) members and
potential members. Reachable via my regular mailing list address or
michael at osmfoundation.org

- By the end of the year, Foundation-specific web-pages with such
things as the objectives, accounts and assistance for folks who want
to sign up.

FYI, this year's board is:

     Steve Coast - Ethereal Being
Andy Robinson / Blackadder - Secretary
     Etienne / 80n - Treasurer
     Richard Fairhurst
     Mikel Maron
     Corey Burger
     Michael Collinson

I don't have my notes with me, but if I've got it right, Richard will
be handling press and publicity and Mikel technical systems.
