Well the copy+paste thing surely is something we need, even without
the whole brick or "pro forma" idea. Your idea isn't bad; it would
easily allow everyone to create their own "worksheet" layer
with the things they commonly use. On the other hand, something
written specially for that purpose could better manage the individual
"pro forma objects", you could give them names and easily wrap them in
a bit of XML and send them on a mailing list or so... but then again
your idea is nice and simple and not too difficult to implement,
meaning it's not going to be one of those vapourware things forever
;-)
