I've updated the Mapnik renderer to use this new version. 

If you can point to a map URL where one of these should appear then I'll
force it to be rendered to verify that it is working as expected.

If you can give me the URL of a specific tile then this is ideal,
something like http://tile.openstreetmap.org/14/8411/5383.png
