[OSM-talk] Changes in Relations do not upload: 500 Internal Server Errror

And if that doesn't help, send me your saved .osm file and I'll have a
look. We had this at one point in the past where some of the ways that
the relation referred to were 0-node ways at database level due to
some strange bug...
