Google *can* file a suit if you copy the street sign, as their lawyers

Even if the image is copyrighted (which is, in itself, not granted), would
writing down factual information from the picture be derived work?

Is the statement "Flugfélag Íslands used Fokker 50, which is an airplane

There are no simple answers here, even if the questions are simple.
