step by step
1. upload the GPX file to http://openstreetmap.org/traces (you should
do this anyway)
2. wait for it to be processed
3. find your trace e.g. http://openstreetmap.org/user/Proton02/traces/164552
4. click edit

Result:
An editor with your GPX file loaded, wuth Yahoo imagery under it.
