Hello Nick,
And if the walker deviates from the path ? Or comes across an unmapped
footpath that he doesn't want to take ? Or spots some POI that needs to be
added ?
The mobile editor in my gosmore program doesn't do track simplification. And
the ways it generates do need to be connected afterwards by JOSM or similar
editor. But it at least allows me to quickly sketch all the ways and nodes
with the commonly used tags while I'm taking a breather.
