[OSM-talk] OSMHQ (Open Street Map High Quality): Viable AlternativeFor The National Map Corps

It would be very handy indeed to be able to get access to the contact list
for the existing Corp members. Clearly they must be twiddling thumbs now and
might well be very interested in contributing to OSM. SO far my emails to
the USGS/National Map Corps folks have been met with silence.
