[OSM-talk] Phone numbers in OSM

In my opinion will a phone number will probably last as long as the POI
(there are always exceptions). And we add those too. Also other data
providers like Navteq and Teleatlas include phone numbers. It is very useful
to have the phone numbers of the nearest hotels/restaurants etc in the area
