In the case of osm2go :
- developpers's time
I suppose you didn't asked that if it was allready ready for linux distro, so
there might be an additionnal cost such as :
- package making
- compilation testing
- libraries dependencies
etc.
So yes, I'm interested, but unfortunetly don't have enough knowlege to help
