There are also universities with multiple campūs.
There are buildings that do not sit in the middle of the street but next
to it. *scnr* There are even buldings that belong to multiple streets
(i.e. have more than one address).
Therefore, the 'is_in' relationship is not necessarily purley geographic
but also administrative (i.e. don't think "is located in" but "belongs
to" or "is in the list of things that belong to").
