[OSM-talk] User umehlig and some really nasty edits

Hi Chris.

I learnt it quite soon after I uploaded my version of 300. I just 
sniffed JOSM but that is not the way ordinary people learn.  It 
SHOULD (IMHO MUST) be described on the API page.
