Hi,

Seems like it.
One big German printer is www.laser-line.de and their web site,
although not availalbe in English, should be easy to navigate for
you. In the "Specials" dropdown on the top right, select "Fyler
gefalzt" (Flyer, folded), then from the illustrated menu select the
desired final size ("Endformat"), that would be A7 in my case. You
get another illustrated menu with the number of pages and folding
options, mine would have been the fifth in the left column ("DIN A7 8
Seiten 74 x 105 mm Zick-Zack-Falz
offen 296 x 105 mm", that's 8 pages, end format 74x105, source format
296x105, zig-zag fold).
Click on that and you get the quote ("Gesamtpreis", bottom right area
of the page), it says 98.18 Euros, this is for a print run of 500
which you can change using the dropdown that says "500 Ex."; change
to 5000 and you get 171.96 Euros.
They do ship to anywhere in the world but the online shop doesn't
have the rates, they say you shold write to versand at laser-line.de to
inquire.
As I said, there are other, similar online offerings starting at
about 120 Euros for similar stuff, with small differences in paper
quality etc.
If you want to do a flyer and you finish the PDF according to the
specifications they need (with all the cut marks and stuff), I am
happy to act as a go-between, finding a suitable online printer and
asking them to ship directly to you.
Bye
Frederik
