Hi,

How do I select specific segment in a way?

The docs tells me this:

"Select tool
the mouse button is released and one of the following keys is held:

      * alt-key: select all objects that are touched by the selection
        rectangle. If the alt key is not held, select only those objects
        completly within (e.g. for ways mean: only if all nodes of the
        way are within).
      * shift-key: the objects are added to the current selection. If
        Shift key is not held, the current selection get replaced.
      * ctrl-key: remove all objects under the current rectangle from
        the active selection (if there were any). Nothing is added to
        the current selection.

Alt can be combined with Ctrl or Shift."

But no option for selection one or series of segments in way?
Using josm 486 version.
