I was doing some coastlines for the Carolinas region.  If all you want
is the coastline uploaded without special checking, I can do a lot
more.  I stopped running it because I ran into a potlache user in
Charleston, SC that was hot to delete stuff and I ended up having to
readd coastline several times.
