two users have now voted no on it, for not entirely explained reasons
- please, if you are going to comment on a proposal/oppose a vote,
provide some reasoning behind your comment, or the debate will not
progress

there are two days left in the extended voting period, it would be
appreciated if this could go through without having to be re-started;
it's a pretty simple tag proposal
